Email Disclaimer Regarding All Communications

Any email, including any attachments, sent by Eeram Engineering or by an employee or authorised representative of Eeram Engineering is intended for the named recipient and may contain confidential, private, commercially sensitive or legally privileged information.

If you have received an email in error and you are not the intended recipient or an authorised representative of the intended recipient, please:

• Notify the sender as soon as reasonably possible;
• Delete the email and any attachments from your system;
• Do not copy, forward, disclose, distribute, store or use the information contained in the email; and
• Do not rely on the information for any purpose.

The unauthorised use or disclosure of confidential or privileged information may have legal consequences. Nothing in this disclaimer limits any rights or remedies available to Eeram Engineering under applicable South African law.

Liability and Representations

Eeram Engineering takes reasonable precautions to reduce the risk of harmful software being transmitted by email. However, electronic communications may be subject to interception, corruption, alteration, delay, technical failure or malicious software.

To the extent permitted by law, Eeram Engineering accepts no responsibility for loss or damage arising from the transmission or use of an email or attachment, including damage caused by viruses, malware or other harmful code.

Recipients should take appropriate precautions, including checking emails and attachments for malicious software before opening or using them.

Links or hyperlinks contained in an email may direct you to external websites. Eeram Engineering does not necessarily control or endorse the content of external websites and is not responsible for their availability, security or content.

Opinions and Unauthorised Communications

Any views or opinions expressed in an email are those of the sender unless the sender is expressly authorised to represent Eeram Engineering on the relevant matter.

An email does not necessarily constitute an official communication, quotation, instruction, agreement or commitment by Eeram Engineering unless the sender is authorised to make such communication.

Where an employee or representative communicates in a personal capacity or outside the scope of their authority, Eeram Engineering reserves its rights in respect of that communication.

Eeram Engineering does not accept responsibility for unlawful, defamatory, offensive or otherwise inappropriate content contained in communications that are sent without proper authority or outside the scope of the sender’s duties.

Email Receipt and Transmission

An email sent to Eeram Engineering will be regarded as received when it reaches Eeram Engineering’s designated email system, subject to applicable technical conditions and any automated responses indicating that delivery was unsuccessful.

An email sent by Eeram Engineering will be regarded as transmitted when it has been successfully transmitted from Eeram Engineering’s email system, subject to applicable technical conditions.

An email should not be regarded as proof that a communication has been received or accepted by a particular employee unless the recipient has confirmed receipt where confirmation is required.

For important communications, quotations, instructions or contractual matters, Eeram Engineering may require written confirmation of receipt.

Email Monitoring and Security

Eeram Engineering may monitor, access, retain, block, copy or delete emails passing through its communication systems where reasonably necessary for purposes including security, maintenance, legal compliance, investigation of suspected misuse, protection of company information and the operation of its business.

Any monitoring or processing of personal information will be conducted in accordance with applicable South African law and Eeram Engineering’s Privacy Policy.

No Waiver of Rights

Nothing contained in this disclaimer is intended to exclude or limit any right, obligation or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under South African law.

Eeram Engineering reserves all rights in respect of its confidential information, intellectual property, personal information and business communications.
